Your order will be delivered 2-5 working days after placing an order. Unless the item is a pre ordered item as stipulated, in which case the ETA would be between 2 to 3 weeks .Delivery time frame over busy periods (Ramadan,Eid and sales) is 5-7 working days.Orders placed over the weekend & public holidays will only be dispatched on the next working day.
What is "Click & Collect?"
Click & Collect basically allows you to purchase a product online without having to pay the delivery fee. If you choose Click & Collect as a delivery method on Checkout, it will be your responsibility to collect your order from my home address. In that case you would need to whatsapp me prior to collection so we can arrange a time and day to ensure I am available for pick up.

I want to Pre-orders an item, how do pre-orders work and when will I receive my order?
The only difference with pre-orders is that they have a longer delivery lead time. Simply “Add to Cart” and checkout as normal. By doing so, you have secured the item and will be the first to receive it when it arrives.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard as well as EFT payments.
How are Payments processed?
Payments are processed via Payfast – a safe and secure third party online payment gateway.
What should I do when I find it difficult to order from your website?
You will receive an email to confirm that you have made a purchase as well as an order summary. You will also be notified via email once your order has been dispatched with the relevant tracking number.

Yes, in the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days upon receipt of the item to return or exchange it. Please send us an email/whatsapp regarding the reason for return and how to proceed thereof.

You have 7 days to return your order. This means that within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Yes, when you return something you have to cover the delivery costs.
